The blast freezing room can freeze 3 tonnes of products to -20°C in as little as 5 hours, ensuring freshness and nutritional values are preserved at high standards.
The pre-cooling room allows products to be cooled in a controlled manner before transition to storage, preventing sudden temperature changes.
Remote monitoring and control system provides real-time information flow, optimizing energy efficiency and continuously monitoring operations.
