Our cold storage project in Sri Lanka has an infrastructure equipped with advanced technology solutions and aims to provide maximum efficiency and quality in food preservation. The rapid freezing room in our project can freeze 3 tonnes of products to -20°C in as little as 5 hours. This feature ensures that the freshness and nutritional values of the products are preserved at high standards. In addition, the pre-cooling room in the system allows the products to be cooled in a controlled manner before the transition to storage and prevents sudden temperature changes that may occur in the products during this process. The frozen product storage area makes it possible to safely store frozen products for a long time.
One of the most remarkable features of our project is the remote monitoring and control of the system. This technology provides the user with real-time information flow, allowing them to optimize energy efficiency and continuously monitor operations. With remote control, temperature, humidity, and other critical parameters can be maintained at desired levels, thus minimizing potential risks. The solutions we offered in this project in Sri Lanka contribute to the food supply chain and stand out as one of the best examples of modern cold storage technologies.
